Details

A trooper spotted a speeding 2018 Porsche Macan on Interstate 275 around 6 p.m. and pursued it with lights and siren activated. The chase lasted about a minute and a half until Alexander Lara,14, lost control of the Porsche, running off the right side of the road and striking an embankment. Troopers said Lara was not wearing his seatbelt, was ejected and killed.
