DetailsOfficers responded to reports of gunshots. Upon arrival, police heard Moore had shot a firearm several times outside of his home before going back inside. Police eventually made contact with Moore in his backyard and asked him to show them his hands. Police claim Moore refused and brandished a revolver. Officer Antonio Pena shot and killed Moore.
