Details

Police responded to reports of someone breaking into a Walgreens. Upon arrival, officers observed broken glass and that someone had likely forced their way in. While at the Walgreens, officers got a second call of a suspcious person nearby. Police approached Salazar and attempted to arrest him. Salazar reportedly ran away and officers claim they saw a gun. As police ran after Salazar, they claim he pointed the gun at them. Two officers shot Salazar multiple times, killing him.
