Details
Madison Heights officers started pursuing a car around 1:45 a.m. They terminated the pursuit at the border of Royal Oak. Royal Oak officers saw the car, which had no license plate, and tried to stop it, but the driver sped off. They pursued the car west on 11 Mile Road, reaching speeds over 90 mph. The driver, Souhib Zokari, lost control of the car and crashed sideways into a light pole, killing Zokari.Primary Evidence & Links
