Ryan White Mountain-Soft allegedly was shot and killed by Bureau of Indian Affairs police officer Amber Johnson on the Standing Rock Indian Reservation. Johnson entered the home of White Mountain-Soft's mother, Debra White Mountain, without a warrant or announcing herself, and shot White Mountain-Soft in front of his mother and brothers.
