DetailsPolice responded to a call and an individual pointed out Bey stating that he was the reason the individual had called the police. An officer began to approach Bey, and claims that Bey turned towards the officer with a hand near his waistband. The officer demanded to see Bey's hands, and Bey allegedly ran away. Later, police heard a gunshot and saw someone who had been shot. Police observed Bey driving away from the scene. A vehicular pursuit began, which police eventually ended with stop sticks. Police allegedly observed Bey pointing a gun at them. The pursuit continued again on foot, before police shot and killed Bey.
